Legion is World of Warcraft’s sixth expansion and as usual a lot has changed. Whether you quit playing after beating Ragnaros in Molten Core or after Deathwing tore the world apart or whether you haven’t quit playing at all; things are quite different this time around.

Startselect is here to help. Thijs, our local Troll Shaman, has made a Survival Guide with everything you need to know about World of Warcraft: Legion.

Getting started

To get started in World of Warcraft: Legion, you’ll need to be at least level 98. Depending on when you quit playing, this might take a couple of days, so you’d better get going!

All here? Good! Once you get to the correct level, the game should automatically offer you a quest to go to the Broken Shore. You can also find this quest in your Adventure Guide (shift + J) and it’s probably on the Message Boards in Orgrimmar/Stormwind as well. The quest will put you in a Scenario; think dungeons with more people. Pay close attention to the story, because shit is about to hit the fan!

After completing the Scenario, you’ll help Khadgar move good old Dalaran to the Broken Isles, after which you’ll really get started on your Legion adventure.
